Q: How do I become a DENTCO Contractor Partner?

Q: How do I update my contact information?
A: If you currently are a DENTCO Contractor Partner and wish to update any of your contact or services information, please click here.


Q: When do I get paid for services performed?
A: Payment is made the first full week of the following month after submittal of invoices and required documentation. Example: If work is performed in September and invoiced by October 3rd. You will be paid the first full week of November.


Q: What are your current insurance requirements?
A: Commercial General Liability - Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. Naming "Dent Enterprises, INC., DENTCO" as additional insured, with a waiver of subrogation in favor of Dent Enterprises, Inc., Dentco, and showing the insurer ratings as determined by A.M. Best.


Employer's Liability - $500,000 minimum for bodily injury by accident, each accident; by disease, policy limit; and by disease, each employee.

Workers Compensation Certificate (Statutory amount) OR A DENTCO supplied Sole Proprietor's Statement.

Automobile Liability - $500,000 per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property Damage.

W-9 must be turned in.


Q: What is a waiver of subrogation?
A: A waiver of subrogation gives up the insured parties right to sue another contractual party for a loss recovered under their insurance policy. This is accomplished by the addition of an endorsement to the liability policy.

We require the waiver of subrogation due to any liability arising from services performed must remain with the provider.


Q: What is an insurer rating as determined by A.M. Best?
A: Ratings are classified A-D, with A++ being the top (best) rating. As you move down through the alphabet the insurer's rating gets worse. Any rating below B+ is defined to mean that the insurer is vulnerable. Our Contractor Partners must have a commercial general liability policy with an insurer that has a rating of A- or better.


Q: Who is my DENTCO contact for any questions that I may have?
A: DENTCO's national team of Quality Assurance Managers (QAM's) provides the localized contacts for each Contractor Partner. Should you need QAM contact information or need immediate assistance, please call our offices at 800-993-3689.


Q: What is my DENTCO service matrix and when will I receive it?
A: The following is a service matrix EXAMPLE that will be coming to you with your contract as they are renewed this year. Per each customer, this matrix will be altered to fit the service specifications provided by them. This tool will be highly beneficial for you to have as the green season gets underway. Your Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) will be following up with you regarding the customers' sites that you are performing service on and they will also review this matrix with you so there are no confusions with expected service timelines.
