What is DENTCO's Enterprise Quality Manager?

DENTCO's Enterprise Quality Manager is the Web-based program used by the DENTCO corporate office and field personnel to store all client information. The system logs data and creates a history of each individual property. Accessible only to authorized users, the Enterprise Quality Manager allows DENTCO's customers to monitor their exterior maintenance services from any computer with an Internet connection. As a result, customers save time and money through lower administration costs and virtual elimination of the need to travel for on-site inspection of their properties, plus their property managers can focus on core responsibilities.

How does DENTCO's Enterprise Quality Manager work? DENTCO's Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs) perform on-site inspections at each property. The digital photographs and site inspection data gathered are uploaded daily into the DENTCO Enterprise Quality Manager. Also, routine maintenance visits and work order information are promptly entered into the system, keeping the database accurate and up-to-date.

What types of information are stored in DENTCO's Enterprise Quality Manager? For customer convenience, information is sorted into several categories for quick reference. Categories include:

  • Menu - Here you will find site-specific information including customer property number, DENTCO geoloc, city, state, region, contact, and status. Searching for a specific property, or group of properties can be accomplished by using any of the preceding criteria.
  • Services - This category lists contracted exterior services included in specifications, frequencies, and special notations for site work.
  • Site Inventory - This section contains the square footage measurements for parking lot, lawn, planting beds, and sidewalks, along with lineal footage of fences and other pertinent site data.
  • Initial Inventory Pictures - This section allows you to view the initial site pictures taken by DENTCO when the property was inventoried.
  • Inquiries - This section lists all calls for service, which have been reported by the property manager or the QAM responsible for the location.
  • Field Inspections - This section details DENTCO QAM's inspection of your property including pictures.
  • Work Orders - Here you can check the status of work orders currently in the system regarding a property.
